I love shoes. there are so many varieties. my favourite types are converse high tops and comfortable ballerina flats and Osho chappals (also known as chatai chappals).
Osho chappals are so cheap, around Rs. 50 per a pair! but i have to say they are not very durable. Their lifetime is about 2 months on an average, if worn daily. They have originated from the Osho Ashram in Pune (correct me if I'm wrong and i might mention you in my blog :D).
You can buy Oshos in all sizes and varieties on Linking Road, Bandra. The same goes for the ballerina flats. Beautiful, classy and very chic. They can be open-toed, rounded or tapering. They go well with capris, jeans, skirts, u name it! But not with salwar kameezes if that's what you are planning. They look totally out of place with chudidaars and salwars.
So next time you go shoe shopping, be sure to try these out :)
